Temperatures in the low 80s are expected throughout South Florida as warm air continues to be pumped north into the peninsula from a southerly wind flow.
The moist air will also increase the chances of showers and a possible thunderstorm early in the afternoon in Palm Beach County. The National Weather Service is calling for a 40 percent chance of rain after 1 p.m.
Winds will also pick up with gusts up to 25 mph in the early afternoon and sustained winds of 15 mph to 18 mph.
Overnight lows may remain in the low 70s.
